Our
regional property managers support our on-site property managers on a daily
basis. Many have earned the CPM or ARM designation and all have excellent knowledge of on-site operations and
procedures, effective management techniques and proven marketing strategy.
Each regional office also employs a
variety of talent and can include a marketing director, a maintenance
coordinator, a training director, a computer systems trainer, a budget analyst
and a safety director (or a combination there of); all of whom aid the regional
property managers in supporting on-site operations.
